The contractual relation between a customer and Information centre Janské Lázně (hereinafter referred as IC+CA) is formed on the basis of the written contract /i.e. the order properly completed/ or on the basis of the phone order followed by fax or e-mail acknowledgement. Information centre and travel agency enter into contracts as the intermediary of the services ordered.
Price includes the service which is listed for each type of the accommodation.
The customer is obliged to pay 50% as the down payment from the entire price of the stay , within 5 days after the binding registration is made, to the credit of IC+CA bank account. The variable symbol is number of invoice or number of reservation.
By reservation we require a deposit in the high 50% of total amount.
If you cancel the reservation, will valid these regulations :

Repayment of the down payment shall be executed by IC+CA to the customer’s account given in the written announcement of the customer.
